Building on the Share Code Verification Agent, extending automation across admissions to support Project PACE.
Building on the Share Code Verification Agent, deployed in line to support the 2025 admissions and enrolment cycle. Here is where the conversation has reached.
An intention to expand the work into Project PACE, covering product, attraction, conversion and enrolment. Two areas were identified for improvement, with the focus here on admissions. The team pointed to King's College London and the feedback they had from them.
The agents need to be in place to support the January 2027 intake.
A key focus on time savings, so the team can concentrate on the more complex cases and on the wider admissions and enrolment process.
We have put together an indicative project plan for each agent, so you can see the resource required. The plans are based on the information we hold and on projects at institutions of a similar size and estimated complexity. All four agents can be live for the January intake.
Weeks run from project start. Each agent moves through onboarding, readiness, implementation and hypercare before going fully operational. Your time is the forecast effort from Manchester across the whole build, mostly system readiness, test data and documentation sign off.
The full project plan covers all four agents, including dependencies and what we will need from Manchester at each stage.

Outputs use Niico benchmark data from institutions of a similar size, alongside published Manchester application numbers. Current cost to deliver is calculated on a fully loaded cost of £39,572 per FTE.

Two things to get us to a plan and a set of numbers you can stand behind.
Your team walks us through their current processes, so we build against how admissions actually runs at Manchester.
We swap the benchmark figures for Manchester's own volumes and handling times, so the time savings are ones you can stand behind.
